Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Buymate, a service of JGX Solutions (“we”). By installing or using Buymate you agree to them. If you use Buymate for a business, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

The service

Buymate helps Shopify retailers keep track of what they buy wholesale, see it next to what sells, and decide what to reorder. Buymate is in early access: features may change, and some described as “soon” or “early access” are not available yet.

Your data

Your store’s data stays yours. You give us permission to process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can download your records at any time, and ask us to delete everything.

Recommendations are not guarantees

Signals such as “reorder now” or “slow mover” and any estimate of value are computed from your sales and purchases. They are aids to your judgement, not promises of a result. Buying decisions are yours.

Orders to vendors

When you send a reorder, Buymate passes a draft to your vendor. The vendor sets the price, confirms stock and accepts or declines. The sale is between you and the vendor; we are not a party to it and take no commission on it.

Products created in your store

Buymate creates products in Shopify as drafts. Nothing is published to your customers until you publish it. Check titles, prices and images before you do.

Plans and billing

Buymate has a free plan. Paid plans, when available, are billed through Shopify at the price shown when you subscribe. Early-access prices may change before launch; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not use Buymate to break the law, to access data that is not yours, to interfere with the service, or to connect a store you are not authorised to manage.

Availability

We work to keep Buymate available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend an account that puts the service or other users at risk.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Buymate is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for decisions made using the service.

Ending

You may stop using Buymate at any time by uninstalling it. We may end these terms with notice if you breach them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
